Today is

A typical beginners course will include some balancing exercises so
that you get used to the feel of the board under your feet followed by
some simulator work to enable you to practice the art of windsurfing
WITHOUT GETTING WET!!!!!!!!

From there its on to the water in a supportive training environment with
instructor demonstrations and coaching from a board or from a boat.
You will be surprised how quickly your skills develop and it won't be long
before you're skipping across the waves. Whoever you are, whatever
your age we have the ideal windsurfing course for you.

We recognise that above all else the quality of the training environment
and instruction dictate your success in this sport and we have 360
degrees of wind and wave conditions to choose from so that we can
get it just right.
